You need to subscribe to both Victory Best Version and Resilient Female YouTube channels. On each day of the workout calendar, the workout videos will be posted Victory's YT channel and will also be available on Resilient Female's YT channel. You will need a small space at home, an exercise mat, resistance bands (we have the Resilient Female Bands set above that you can order), a water bottle and dumbbells. Oh! And a cute comfortable workout outfit :)
The first video will be uploaded on Victory Best Version on January 18th 2021. The following videos will be uploaded according to the workout calendar in the digital guide. Once a video is uploaded it will remain on the channels so you can redo them as many time as you want.
Yes it is free and it will never expire! Our goal is to make this FREE 21-DAY CHALLENGE accessible to everyone to help them jump start their health & fitness journey. The videos will remain on our YouTube channels so you will be able to access them for as long as you want.
You can redo the challenge a second time, even a third time if you want. After each round, you will get stronger and better with each exercise.
