We hope you love what you ordered, but if not and you wish to return a product, please email us at email@example.com. We gladly accept returns of most new, unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that the original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, your item must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip and receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If a reasonable period of time has passed and your refund still has not posted, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item you receive is defective or damaged and you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
