The RF bands are made of non-stick, non-slip, non-snap polyester and latex.

As a beginner, you can start by using the light band and move up to the next levels as you are progressing.

The set is also the perfect gear for intermediate and advanced levels because you can use all three bands to complete an entire lower body workout.

You can hand wash your bands with a mild unscented soap only and do not rub on the logo or latex inside the band to avoid damaging the resistance.

We recommend letting them air-dry in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

We also recommend not to wash the bands and mesh bag after each use but only when you see them dirty. This will help preserve the condition of your bands.
